Robert “Blake” Brunkenhoefer is a second generation South Texas trial lawyer noted for litigating personal injury and wrongful death claims on behalf of accident victims and their families. He has been practicing trial law since 1992 and successfully resolved thousands of cases, many of which have resulted in substantial verdicts or settlements for his clients.

While Blake clearly enjoys his work, he is also a devoted husband and father. He and his wife of more than 25 years, Tracey, have four amazing children: Their oldest daughter is now working in Arizona after graduating from the University of Washington, Seattle; their oldest son plays baseball at Flour Bluff High School as he completes his senior year and prepares for college; and the twins enjoy tennis as they pursue their studies at Flour Bluff High School. The Brunkenhoefers enjoy time at home on the water, but travel frequently as a family, usually to pursue their passions for snowboarding and hiking.

He is also licensed to practice law in all U.S. District Courts in Texas and in all Federal District Courts in Texas. Additionally, Mr. Brunkenhoefer is licensed to practice law by the State of Colorado and by the State of Arizona. As a result of his national practice, he has been admitted pro hac vice (termporarily, as long as the duration of the case lasts) in numerous federal state and federal courts throughout the country. He has handled cases from Washington, Oregon, and California to Florida, Maryland, and Virginia, from Texas and Louisiana to Iowa and Minnesota, and numerous states in between.
